Follow up review & Treatment: £47
These can be booked if you have already had an initial consultation and diagnosis for your current problem. These sessions focus on monitoring your progress from the initial consultation, providing treatment and making changes to your plan as you progress. In these current times a face to face follow up appointment must have been agreed with your therapist and a COVID-19 screening questionnaire completed before you attend. This will be sent with your appointment confirmation. A follow-up treatment session can be booked here.
Online Virtual Consultation – Assessment – £47
This is our online video consultation service. Have your injury diagnosed and a personalised rehabilitation plan provided all from the comfort of your own home. The only equipment you need is a computer with webcam or a smartphone / tablet. Many health insurance companies are happy to fund these type of sessions. Find out more here.
Online Virtual Follow up Consultation – £35
This is a follow on video session. Choose this if you have already had an initial assessment of your injury. Your rehab progress will be discussed and plan adjusted accordingly. Find out more about online consultations here.
Sports massage 50 minutes: £47
Ideal for back and neck or full body massage. It will help relieve tension and ease aches and pains, improve blood and lymphatic flow to shift toxins built up during exercise. It can optimise quick recovery. The initial session will include a very quick screening questionnaire. See more about massage here.

Ideal for a specific small area such as the calves, back of the thighs or arms. The initial session will include a very quick screening questionnaire. See more about massage here.
Fit2go Bodyscreen – Coming Soon
The Fit2Go Body Screening Tool looks at multiple interactions to do with your Health / Lifestyle / Body led by a trained professional to highlight all the potential injury risk factors relevant to your activity. Do you have health insurance?
If you have health insurance then the full or part cost of your course of treatment is usually covered. We are an approved provider for – Bupa, Pruhealth, Aviva, AXA PPP, Cigna, Simply Health, Nuffield Health and WPA. Please check your cover with your insurance company first and bring your policy number to your session.
Work Schemes
If you are part of a cash back work scheme such as that offered by Westfield Health you can often claim back the cost of your treatment.

Q: Where is Vfit physio?
A: It is located in Mansfield at Ransom Wood Business park on Southwell road west near the Rainworth bypass.
Q: Do you take card payments?
A: Yes we can take payments by card, cash, BACS, PayPal or cheque
Q: What do i need to wear when I come for an assessment?
A: For a leg injury please bring a pair of shorts or loose fitting trousers. If you have a shoulder problem then a vest top for ladies.
Q: Do you accept clients with Westfield cover?
A: Yes we are fully registered with the Health care professions council and therefore recognised by Westfield health. We will provide you with a receipt which you can send to Westfield health for a full rebate
Q: I have private health insurance. Are you a recognised clinic?
A: We are a recognised clinic for Bupa, AXA PPP, Aviva, Pruhealth, Cigna, Simplyhealth, WPA and Nuffield Health. In most cases we invoice the health insurance provider directly so you don’t need to pay upfront and claim back. Some providers require you to contact them first to obtain an authorisation number before attending your initial appointment.
Q: Do I need a referral letter from my GP?
A: You do not require a referral letter from your GP prior to coming for an assessment or having treatment.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: There is free onsite parking at the clinic
Q: Are your therapists fully qualified?
A: All Physiotherapists have successfully completed a university degree and are fully registered with the Health care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
Q: Do you need to contact my GP?
A: If we need to contact your GP for any reason we will ask your consent first. If, on discharge, you would like us to send a report to your GP this can be done.
Q: Do you just treat sports injuries?
A: Whilst we specialise in sports injuries we have the experience to treat non sporting injuries too. A ligament sprain, muscle injury or tendon problem is essentially the same whether it was acquired through sport or not. The approach to treatment will be tailored to the individual.
